Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
   
• Assist in accounts payable and receivable functions.
   
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and other financial documents.
   
• Assist in performing bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
   
• Maintain orderly financial filing systems (hardcopy and digital).
   
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
   
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors on payment-related matters.
   
• Handle general administrative tasks related to finance.
   
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
   
• Support the audit process by providing required documentation.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
   
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience is an added advantage.
   
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
   
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, etc.).
   
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
   
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
   
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
