Our company's Business Service Centers (BSCs) are located across three regions (Americas, Europe, and Asia) and are responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of standardized, global financial processes. The BSCs will be responsible for the execution and delivery of a broad range of financial services and processes across our company business divisions and markets.

What you will do:

  • Assist in establishing and maintaining accounting policies and controls, and preparing financial reports.
  • Help safeguard the organization's assets by adhering to established fiscal controls.
  • Minimize financial risk by assessing and advising on the creditworthiness of prospective and existing customers.
  • Support the negotiation and collection of overdue bills, taking appropriate action to recover overdue payments.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and management of organization policies on receivables and granting of trade credits.
  • Provide business support through various functional service areas, including accounting and controls, HR, IT, quantitative business analytics, supply chain and customer support, financial operations, communications support, and vendor management.
  • Apply analytics to optimize policies, cash flow, revenue, and workforce behaviors.
  • Assist in driving improved productivity, cost efficiencies, compliance, and service experiences for the business through the consolidation of distributed business activities into a single operation.
  • Continuously improve services by focusing on customer and stakeholder needs.
  • Support the adoption and sustainment of standardized processes, technologies, and more effective service channels.
  • Ensure data quality and work to eliminate waste across end-to-end processes.

What you must have:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, policies, and fiscal controls.
  • Experience in financial reporting and safeguarding organizational assets.
  • Ability to assess and advise on the creditworthiness of customers to minimize financial risk.
  • Proficiency in negotiating and managing the collection of overdue payments.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing policies on receivables and trade credits.
  • Capability to provide business support across various functional service areas such as HR, IT, supply chain, and financial operations.
  • Skilled in applying analytics to optimize policies, cash flow, revenue, and workforce behaviors.
  • Proven track record of driving productivity, cost efficiencies, compliance, and service improvements through process standardization and consolidation.
  • Strong leadership skills including but not limited to strategic planning, entrepreneurship, innovation, and business savviness. They should be a change catalyst with a proven track record in coaching and development, talent growth, and execution excellence.
  • Strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, and have the ability to influence and motivate others. They should have excellent emotional intelligence, decision-making skills, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Networking and partnerships should be a key strength.
