<li>Develop and enforce practical contract terms based on site insights, method statements (MS), and ITPs to ensure site accountability, quality control, and defect prevention.</li>
<li>Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BQ) for tendering and project execution.</li>
<li>Source reliable and competitive subcontractors, including evaluation, negotiation, and recommendation for award.</li>
<li>Validate subcontractor claims, conduct periodic audits with site PICs, enforce scope compliance, and apply contractual deductions where applicable.</li>
<li>Conduct cost comparison and detailed cost analysis (labour by man-days, materials, equipment, mobilisation) to ensure accurate cost planning and tracking.</li>
<li>Maintain costing databases and support data-driven rate negotiation and continuous cost optimisation.</li>
