<li>Ensure customers invoices are properly prepared by accounts assistants with the approval prices from managing director.</li>
<li>Ensure suppliers invoices are properly documented and also ensure that the prices are approved by managing director.</li>
<li>To prepare monthly and yearly profit and loss, manufacturing account, trial balance, and balance sheet.</li>
<li>Deal with all the bank correspondence.</li>
<li>Preparation for the year end audit.</li>
<li>Ensure the utility bill are properly received and paid accordingly.</li>
<li>To prepare and checked the monthly HOD’s and managing director’s claims are submitted and paid accordingly.</li>
<li>Month end collection from customers.</li>
<li>Liaise with the company’s secretary.</li>
<li>Ensure all the documents are properly prepared and filled properly according to the file.</li>
<li>Prepare cheques for the creditors for the approval of managing directors.</li>
<li>Verified monthly payroll for staff and workers.</li>
<li>Preparation of schedules for monthly and yearly Examples : Salary schedules</li>
<li>To undertake other duties assigned or directed by managing director from time to time.</li>
