Job Description

Position : Human Resource and Communications

Salary : RM 3,500 – RM 4,500

Location : PJ Trade Centre, Damansara Perdana

Working Hours : Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm) **Hybrid Mode 

Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and professional Human Resource & Communications Executive to join our team in a hybrid working arrangement. This role involves overseeing and executing the full spectrum of human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR administration.

Job Scope

  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization. 
  • Manage monthly payroll, expense claims, employee benefits, and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB). 
  • Oversee the full recruitment and employment lifecycle, including job postings, interview coordination, offer issuance, contract renewals, onboarding, offboarding, and probation confirmation. 
  • Prepare and issue HR-related documents such as confirmation, promotion, warning, and other official letters. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and personnel data. 
  • Handle employee enquiries on HR-related matters, benefits, claims, and policies in a professional and timely manner. 
  • Identify and coordinate relevant training and development programs to support employee growth and performance. 
  • Plan and organize internal company events, meetings, and staff engagement activities to foster positive workplace culture. 
  • Manage incoming calls and general communications, ensuring professional and courteous handling of all enquiries. 
  • Redirect messages or requests to the appropriate departments or channels when necessary. 
  • Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external communications via email, WhatsApp, and other official platforms.

Job Requirements

  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR and/or corporate communications. 
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English. 
  • Strong understanding of the Malaysian Employment Act and HR best practices. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. 
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities. 
  • Positive, adaptable, and eager to contribute beyond defined responsibilities while growing with the company.
