Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Human Resource &amp; Communications Executive to join our team in a hybrid working arrangement. This role involves overseeing and executing the full spectrum of human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR administration.

Job Scope
<ul>
<li>Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage monthly payroll, expense claims, employee benefits, and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).&nbsp;</li>
<li>Oversee the full recruitment and employment lifecycle, including job postings, interview coordination, offer issuance, contract renewals, onboarding, offboarding, and probation confirmation.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare and issue HR-related documents such as confirmation, promotion, warning, and other official letters.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and personnel data.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Handle employee enquiries on HR-related matters, benefits, claims, and policies in a professional and timely manner.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Identify and coordinate relevant training and development programs to support employee growth and performance.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Plan and organize internal company events, meetings, and staff engagement activities to foster positive workplace culture.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage incoming calls and general communications, ensuring professional and courteous handling of all enquiries.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Redirect messages or requests to the appropriate departments or channels when necessary.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external communications via email, WhatsApp, and other official platforms.</li>
