Key Account Management

<li>Build and nurture relationships with key accounts, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.</li>
<li>Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure issues or challenges that clients encounter is effectively addressed.</li>
<li>Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services, leveraging insights gained from ongoing client interactions and project engagements.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams including project management, product development and the technical support customer experience team to provide comprehensive solutions that meet clients' evolving needs and exceed their expectation</li>
</ul>
Market Analysis
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats in the market landscape.
Sales Cycle Management
Manage long sales cycles effectively, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless and efficient sales process. This includes ensuring that billing and receivables are well managed post sales.
