<li>Support the development and maintenance of event budgets, track expenses, manage financial records, and handle contract management.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of event-related materials and services.</li>
<li>Assist in vendor coordination, procurement, and management of event supplies, equipment, and rentals.</li>
<li>Support event registration processes, attendee management, and coordination of special requirements.</li>
<li>Assist with on-site event management, including vendor coordination, troubleshooting, and guest assistance.</li>
<li>Work with the event team to address unexpected issues and ensure smooth event operations.</li>
<li>Assist in coordinating event entertainment, performances, and technical requirements.</li>
<li>Help manage part-time staff and ensure they are well-informed and prepared for their tasks.</li>
<li>Support post-event evaluation processes, including gathering feedback from attendees, vendors, and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing post-event reports, highlighting key findings and areas for improvement.</li>
<li>Help organize and archive event files, photos, and related materials. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.</li>
