Responsibilities:

• Assist in the coordination and execution of pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities.
• Support the development and maintenance of event budgets, track expenses, manage financial records, and handle contract management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of event-related materials and services.
• Assist in vendor coordination, procurement, and management of event supplies, equipment, and rentals.
• Support event registration processes, attendee management, and coordination of special requirements.
• Assist with on-site event management, including vendor coordination, troubleshooting, and guest assistance.
• Work with the event team to address unexpected issues and ensure smooth event operations.
• Assist in coordinating event entertainment, performances, and technical requirements.
• Help manage part-time staff and ensure they are well-informed and prepared for their tasks.
• Support post-event evaluation processes, including gathering feedback from attendees, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing post-event reports, highlighting key findings and areas for improvement.
• Help organize and archive event files, photos, and related materials. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years of event management experience or any related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Online Cloud system (OneDrive/Google Drive)
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required for event support.
• Passion for the event industry and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
• Able to move around independently.
