Job Description
The candidate will be working directly under Sales Director:
- Assisting and maintaining the preparation of sales presentations and materials including quotations, paperworks, slides and brochures in ensuring accuracy and completeness of sales paperwork and records.
- Coordinating meetings for Sales Director.
- Prompt response to customers feedback email and handle customer enquiries and complaints.
- Organising and managing project documents such as IPC, purchase orders and invoices.
- Develops and maintains knowledge of commonly sold products, customers and administrative processes.
- Maintaining the sales database.
- Order management (Order processing, system maintenance, forecast, re-schedule, cancellation, delivery confirmation & etc).
- Maintain proper filing system.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
- Required skill(s): computer literature, MS Word & Excel, good communication skill, excellent written and verbal communication.
- Applicants must be willing to work in office. No travel needed.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Full-Time positions available.
- 5 working days / week.
