<li>Assisting and maintaining the preparation of sales presentations and materials including quotations, paperworks, slides and brochures in ensuring accuracy and completeness of sales paperwork and records.</li>
<li>Coordinating meetings for Sales Director.</li>
<li>Prompt response to customers feedback email and handle customer enquiries and complaints.</li>
<li>Organising and managing project documents such as IPC, purchase orders and invoices.</li>
<li>Develops and maintains knowledge of commonly sold products, customers and administrative processes.</li>
<li>Maintaining the sales database.</li>
<li>Order management (Order processing, system maintenance, forecast, re-schedule, cancellation, delivery confirmation &amp; etc).</li>
<li>Maintain proper filing system.</li>
</ul>
