We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Sales Leader. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing and coordinating tasks, ensuring timely follow-up, managing schedules, and assisting with email correspondence. This role requires strong attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Assist the Sales Leader with administrative tasks, including scheduling and organizing meetings, calls, and appointments.</li>
<li>Record and maintain detailed notes and follow up on action items from meetings.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively via email and phone to support sales initiatives and manage client or team correspondence.</li>
<li>Manage and update sales-related documents and spreadsheets.</li>
<li>Track and ensure timely completion of sales-related tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups.</li>
