<p>We are looking for a <strong>highly organized</strong> and <strong>proactive individual</strong> to take on a dual role combining operational and human resources responsibilities. This dynamic position ensures the smooth running of daily office operations while supporting HR functions to create a productive and engaged workforce. You will play a vital role in managing administrative tasks, supporting senior leadership, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.</p>

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<h4><strong>1. Payment Forecasting &amp; Budgeting:</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Assist the accountant and management team in preparing monthly payment forecasts for company operations, including client and supplier-related payments.</li>
<li>Track and monitor expenses and outstanding payments to ensure budgetary allocations are adhered to.<br></li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>2. Day-to-Day Office Management:</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Oversee daily office operations, including the management of office supplies, meeting arrangements, and coordination of office activities.</li>
<li>Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and conducive to a productive work environment.</li>
<li>Support vendor registration processes and facilitate necessary submissions for departmental needs.</li>
<li>Manage general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team members.</li>
<li>Assist with document preparation for compliance,social media platform and internal reporting requirements.</li>
<li>Maintain up-to-date, accurate company records and documentation.<br></li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>3. Employee Welfare &amp; Human Resources:</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Assist with HR functions, including recruitment, offer letter preparation, and the onboarding process (including system activation for training).</li>
<li>Help prepare internal and external reports related to operations and HR functions.</li>
<li>Implement HR policies and initiatives that foster a positive work culture and enhance employee engagement.<br></li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>4. Support to CEO &amp; Head of Departments (HOD):</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Provide administrative support to the CEO and HODs for special projects, research, and ad-hoc tasks.</li>
<li>Facilitate seamless communication and follow up on action items to ensure smooth internal operations.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
