<li>Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, including volume trends, revenue, and service levels.</li>
<li>Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate data-driven insights to optimize business decisions.</li>
<li>Identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities in large datasets and provide strategic recommendations.</li>
<li>Prepare detailed performance reports, forecasts, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Gather, clean, and organize data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.</li>
<li>Analyzing client and internal data to provide accurate feedback for better client relationship management</li>
<li>Analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data to support strategic decision-making for key accounts within the organization</li>
<li>Regularly update and maintain databases, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.</li>
<li>Strategic planning to improve client results doing data reporting</li>
<li><strong>Account Management &amp; Optimization</strong></li>
<li>Act as the primary point of contact for key partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and service excellence.</li>
<li>Conduct regular performance reviews with partners and internal teams to drive continuous improvements.</li>
<li>Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies that impact partner success.</li>
<li>Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales &amp; Operations) to ensure smooth execution of strategies.</li>
<li><strong>Data &amp; Process Enhancement</strong></li>
<li>Leverage advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.) to manipulate and analyze large data sets.</li>
<li>Develop and refine tracking systems to monitor and improve partnership performance.</li>
<li>Support automation initiatives to streamline reporting and analysis.</li>
