Key Responsibilities:

<li>⁠ ⁠Handle purchasing activities including sourcing, issuing purchase orders (PO), and tracking delivery.</li>
<li>⁠ ⁠Maintain proper documentation and records for all purchases and supplier transactions.</li>
<li>⁠ ⁠Manage and update inventory levels, purchase logs, and supplier databases using AutoCount.</li>
<li>⁠ ⁠Prepare reports, data entry, and analysis using Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).</li>
<li>⁠ ⁠Assist in supplier negotiations and ensure timely delivery of goods/services.</li>
<li>⁠ ⁠Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth administrative workflow.</li>
<li>⁠ ⁠Support finance in verifying supplier invoices and payment processing.</li>
<li>⁠ ⁠Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence.</li>
</ul>
