<h4>We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager (Real Estate) to lead, motivate, and grow a high-performing property sales team. This role plays a critical part in driving sales performance, developing talent, and ensuring sales operations are executed efficiently and in full compliance with property regulations and company standards.</h4>
You will be responsible for setting clear sales strategies, managing team performance, and actively supporting deal closures while building long-term customer relationships. This position offers strong earning potential, leadership growth, and attractive rewards for top performers.
What We Offer

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Lead, develop, and manage a team of motivated property sales consultants. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Set clear sales targets and drive individual and team performance to achieve or exceed goals. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and support to improve conversion and closing rates. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor and analyse sales performance using CRM systems and sales reports. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure all booking and sales processes comply with property regulations and company SOPs. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare and submit accurate monthly sales reports in accordance with company policies. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist and support management in overall sales and marketing initiatives. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Oversee relationship-building efforts with potential and existing customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Work weekends and public holidays as required to support sales activities. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
