Role overview 
As the Nationwide Promoter Operations Manager at OSAM MERCHANDISING SDN BHD, you will be responsible for overseeing the nationwide promotor sampling and merchandiser operations. In this full-time role, you will be based in Damansara, Selangor, and play a strategic role in ensuring the successful execution of promotional activities across multiple locations.

Recruitment &amp; onboarding 
Source, screen, and hire part-time promoters across multiple states. Conduct briefings, product training, and SOP induction before each activation cycle.&nbsp;

Job assignment &amp; scheduling 
Plan weekly deployment schedules — matching promoters to the right outlet, date, and time slot. Coordinate with supermarket liaisons to confirm activity permits and space bookings

Daily monitoring &amp; reporting 
Track promoter attendance via check-in systems or WhatsApp groups. Review daily photo and sales reports. Flag deviations and resolve issues in real time.&nbsp;

Material &amp; logistics coordination 
Arrange timely delivery of sampling kits, product stock, and collateral to each outlet. Ensure promoters have sufficient supplies throughout the activation period.&nbsp;

Performance management 
Set KPIs (samples distributed, consumer reach, sales conversion). Conduct periodic evaluations, provide coaching, and replace underperforming promoters when necessary.&nbsp;

Reporting to management 
Compile weekly and monthly activity reports covering coverage, promoter headcount, consumer feedback, and campaign effectiveness for internal stakeholders.&nbsp;
