 Your Role

<li>Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude</li>
<li>Direct visitors and manage meeting arrangements</li>
<li>Answer and route phone calls efficiently</li>
<li>Keep the reception area neat, stocked, and presentable</li>
<li>Provide accurate info via phone, email, or in person</li>
<li>Sort, manage, and distribute incoming mail/deliveries</li>
<li>Ensure office and pantry supplies are well-stocked</li>
<li>Support security by following safety procedures at the front desk</li>
<li>Assist with general admin tasks (filing, documentation, photocopying)</li>
<li>Help with other tasks as needed by the team</li>
