We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with a strong background in Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR) to join our dynamic HR team. You’ll play a key role in cultivating a positive workplace environment, resolving employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies. 
Responsibilities
Employee Relations (ER):
<ul>
<li>Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on ER issues.</li>
<li>Handle employee grievances, conduct investigations, and provide resolution recommendations.</li>
<li>Promote and support a positive work environment through coaching, counseling, and communication.</li>
<li>Support employee engagement initiatives and feedback processes (e.g. surveys, townhalls).</li>
</ul>
Industrial Relations (IR):
<ul>
<li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and IR regulations.</li>
<li>Collaborate with legal and management teams on union matters and collective agreements.</li>
<li>Support and/or represent the company in discussions with trade unions and during negotiations.</li>
<li>Manage disciplinary actions, show-cause processes, and domestic inquiries in compliance with legal frameworks.</li>
</ul>
General HR Support:
<ul>
<li>Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate employee records and documentation related to ER/IR cases.</li>
<li>Support HR projects including performance management, policy training, and compliance audits.</li>
<li>Partner with cross-functional teams to drive HR best practices and employee well-being.</li>
</ul>
