Responsibilities Talent Acquisition &amp; Workforce Planning

<li>Develop hiring strategies aligned with the company’s expansion plans across e-commerce and F&amp;B outlets.</li>
<li>Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.</li>
<li>Manage seasonal and part-time staff hiring Performance Management &amp; Talent Development</li>
<li>Drive performance review cycles and continuous feedback systems.</li>
<li>Identify and implement Learning &amp; Development (L&amp;D) initiatives tailored to digital and service-based teams.</li>
<li>Create and maintain career development frameworks for employee growth.</li>
<li>Monitor staff morale and welfare, ensuring strong workplace culture across departments. HR Operations &amp; Payroll Management</li>
<li>Oversee payroll, staff claims, allowances, and benefits administration.</li>
<li>Ensure timely coordination with Finance for payroll categories such as packaging staff and outlet wages.</li>
<li>Maintain updated employee records and ensure HR operational compliance Strategic HR Leadership</li>
<li>Collaborate with leadership to advise on workforce planning, cost optimization, and productivity improvements.</li>
