Your key mission is to drive revenue, secure new business, and promote SriLankan Airlines’ network across the market.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will:

<li>Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.</li>
<li>Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.</li>
<li>Conduct regular visits to travel agents, corporate clients, and trade partners to promote UL products and services.</li>
<li>Identify and secure new business opportunities, including groups, corporate accounts, and series operations.</li>
<li>Track market trends, competitor activities, and fare movements to support commercial decisions.</li>
<li>Work with marketing, reservations, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.</li>
<li>Prepare accurate sales reports and market insights for management review.</li>
