Your Responsibilities

• Assist us in attracting top talent — from job postings to onboarding
• Enhance and uphold HR policies, SOPs, and internal protocols
• Serve as the primary HR resource for staff inquiries, issues, and workplace challenges
• Facilitate performance evaluations, confirmations, and basic disciplinary actions
• Ensure our HR practices are compliant with Malaysian employment legislation
• Maintain HR documentation in an orderly, current, and organized manner
• Collaborate with management to foster a positive, transparent workplace culture

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources (roles in HR Executive, HR Administration, or Talent Acquisition)
• Familiarity with Malaysian HR & labour regulations
  (including the Employment Act, leave policies, handling misconduct, etc.)
• Ability to manage employee issues and delicate discussions
• Approachable, professional, and adept at balancing compassion and fairness
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working autonomously
• HR-related diploma or degree is an added advantage
