OVERVIEW: Working as full-time SEA Accounting Support, you will be processing invoices from suppliers for inventory purchases that were  performed by our branches and purchasing group. You will be responsible to communicate and resolve accounts payable matters with our  branches and suppliers in a timely and professional manner. 
RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: o Maintaining the administration of supplier relationships and resolving match exception issues; o Verifying supplier invoices for compliance and accuracy; o Processing invoices, credits, and payments to suppliers; o Reviewing and reconciling supplier statements; o Identifying and implementing procedural improvements to enhance efficiency; o Planning and organizing activities to complete assigned tasks on time with a high level of accuracy; o Completing special projects and other administrative tasks.
