&nbsp;Supplier Development and Management
<ul>
<li>Implement Supplier Development Programs to improve supplier quality and delivery performance.</li>
<li>Audit existing suppliers and select, audit, and qualify new suppliers in line with companies’ procedures. </li>
<li>Develop and expand existing and new suppliers to meet revenue and capacity demands.</li>
</ul>
Supply Chain Performance and Reporting
<ul>
<li>Monitor and manage supplier job assignments and weekly capacity planning.</li>
<li>Issue Monthly Supplier Performance Reports, discuss improvement actions, and align on capacity planning.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Engineering to establish target pricing and enhance supplier production efficiency.</li>
<li>Resolve supplier quality issues (DMR) in coordination with the Quality Control Department. </li>
</ul>
Planning &amp; Logistics
<ul>
<li>Plan all jobs in Tonasco and suppliers and ensure on time shipment to our customers and control of inventory.</li>
<li>Optimize logistics operations, manage shipment issues, and implement cost-saving initiatives with shipping vendors.</li>
<li>Drive annual cost reductions in logistics while maintaining efficiency and reliability.</li>

Team Leadership and Continuous Improvement
<ul>
<li>Lead and manage the Procurement, Planning and Logistics team to achieve departmental KPIs.</li>
<li>Improve supplier cost and expand sourcing channels.</li>
<li>Improve internal processes of the department by utilizing our advanced ERP system.</li>
<li>Streamline internal supply chain management systems and prepare for ISO certification</li>
