Job Description

• Responsible in purchasing, sourcing, selecting and negotiating with supplier for the best price purchase
• To get quotation, issuing PO, follow up deliveries, filling and data entry for all the purchasing documentations
• To liaise with suppliers for goods delivery to respective location
• Familiar purchase building materials products
• To monitor and control the purchasing and delivery schedule
• To liaise with account department with regards to supplier invoice and payment issues.
• Source and procure construction materials such as concrete, steel, rebar, timber, MEP items, and finishing materials.
• Verify material quality by checking with site engineers, consultants, and QA/QC teams before confirming orders.
• Monitor inventory levels on-site and maintain adequate stock for ongoing and upcoming work phases.
• Maintain vendor relationships and build a reliable supplier network for construction-related products.
• Resolve delivery issues such as shortages, damaged goods, or non-compliant materials.
• Work closely with project teams (site engineers, project managers, QS) to understand project requirements and updates.
• Track and control procurement costs to ensure materials stay within the project budget.

Job Requirements

• in the related field. Experience in the construction industry is beneficial.
• At least 3 years of experience as purchaser/procurement
• Having experience related to construction line and hardware will be advantage
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Work independence & efficiency
• Computer literate MS Office Excel and Word
• Mandarin speaking is advantage.

Skills
