The ideal candidate will play a key role in keeping projects on schedule and within budget.<br></p>
<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h2>
<h3><strong>Procurement &amp; Supplier Management</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Source, select, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best price and quality for construction materials.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare requests for quotations (RFQs), issue purchase orders (POs), and track deliveries.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain strong relationships with vendors and build a reliable supplier network.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Resolve issues related to delivery delays, damaged goods, or non-compliant materials.<br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Material &amp; Inventory Management</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Procure materials including concrete, steel, rebar, timber, MEP items, finishing materials, and hardware.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Verify material quality in coordination with site engineers, consultants, and QA/QC teams before confirming orders.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor inventory levels on-site and ensure adequate stock for ongoing and upcoming work phases.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Track and control procurement costs to ensure adherence to project budgets.<br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Collaboration &amp; Reporting</strong></h3>

<li>Liaise with project teams (site engineers, project managers, QS) to understand project requirements and updates.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work closely with the Accounts/Finance team regarding supplier invoices, payments, and procurement records.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain accurate purchasing documentation, records, and data entry for reporting purposes.<br>&nbsp;</li>
