The role support administrative duties and key initiatives of recruitment including but not limited to the followings:PRINCIPAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Responsible for the preparation of monthly reports (i.e., recruitment, confirmation, contract staffing, resignation) ensuring that deadlines are met.</li><li>Performing background screening for candidates (e.g., reference check, Dow Jones, criminal and bankruptcy checks).</li><li>Ensure timely execution and accuracy of all correspondences and requests.</li><li>Ensure HRIS data integrity, internal database and the relevant human resource system are updated accurately and on a timely basis.</li><li>Ensure all personal files are well maintained, up-to-date and stored properly.</li><li>Prepare on-boarding documents and welcome pack for new hires; and also as a liaison person to work with the Security Department to ensure new hire’s ID card is ready before the commencement date.</li><li>Handle all recruitment payment related matters.</li><li>Handle and follow-up escalated outstanding issues promptly.</li><li>Assist to sort incoming mails / letters for the department.</li><li>Ensure that recruitment folders are managed and maintained properly.</li><li>Assist in any other tasks as assigned from time to time.</li><li>Carry out, as and when required, any additional tasks and responsibilities which are reasonably compatible with this job description and objectives.</li></ul>JOB SPECIFICATION:<ul><li>Degree / Diploma in any discipline.</li><li>Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.</li><li>Organized and self-motivated with the ability to perform under pressure.</li><li>Meticulous, neat and detailed oriented.</li><li>Knowledge of employment Act will be an added advantage.</li><li>Good communication skill both in spoken and written English.</li><li>Well versed in Microsoft application.</li></ul>&nbsp; Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
