This includes identifying current &amp; future competencies for development, implementation of key development interventions for PAMB (internally developed &amp; external providers), seamless operations of Learning Management System (LMS), drive a continuous learning organisation and manage the overall L&amp;D’s end to end operations.<h1>PRINCIPAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp;</h1><ul><li>Develop &amp; implement learning strategies in building capabilities for current &amp; future needs.</li><li>Build agility to rapidly launch capability building programs- training on new technologies.</li><li>Conduct competency mapping to address gaps &amp; recommend impactful development interventions.</li><li>Conceptualize, create &amp; deliver customized programs to meet business goals.</li><li>Lead &amp; manage end-to end L&amp;D operations/ administration.</li><li>Design customized learning journeys moving away from standalone programs (70:20:10).</li><li>Manage the overall L&amp;D budget, timely statutory reporting submission required by regulators &amp; compliance matters.</li><li>Identify, select and manage on-going relationships with external providers and training providers.</li><li>Create &amp; manage blended learning &amp; learning community platforms.</li><li>Develop meaningful learning measurement metrices L&amp;D impacts on business performance.</li><li>Support HR Driven Projects &amp; CEO Townhalls as and when required.</li></ul><h1>JOB SPECIFICATION:</h1>a. Qualifications/Experience <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline of business/ communication/ psychology/ behavioral science.</li><li>Minimum 8 – 10 years of working experience in area of organizational development/ learning &amp; development.</li></ul>b. Knowledge/ Skills <ul><li>Learning management reporting for regulatory and compliance requirements.</li><li>Data analysis and presentation skills.</li><li>Project management.</li><li>Excellent communication &amp; stakeholder management abilities.</li><li>Instructional &amp; content design skills.</li></ul>c.
