Job Description
- Business Strategy Development:
- Execute strategic plans formulated by the executive management and/or Corporate Planning manager/department to drive business expansion, market penetration, and revenue growth.
- Conduct market analysis and assess industry trends to identify product/services and growth opportunities.
- Keep abreast with the latest developments in the technology industry and provide suggestions for solutions/products to offer to the market.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Assist on documentation required for cross-department initiatives with various departments and business units to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
- Assist on communication and coordination between different departments to drive strategic initiatives forward.
3. Corporate Planning and Partnership with Domestic and Overseas Stakeholders:
- Performing research on domestic and overseas markets.
- Identify strategic partnerships and collaboration opportunities to support business growth.
- Assist in coordinating with international teams to align corporate goals and initiatives across regions.
4. Identify relevant corporate events, roadshows, and networking opportunities for our company’s representatives to attend, with the goal of expanding professional connections and enhancing our corporate image.
5. Perform any ad-hoc tasks and/or project that assigned by his/her manager from time-to-time.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate planning, financial analysis, or related fields.
- Have strong business acumen and sufficient analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial documents.
- Proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and strategic planning techniques.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across deparments.
- Able to work independently, detail-oriented with the ability manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
