Work is An Adventure

As an HR Intern, you will provide support to the HR Manager in various HR functions and administrative tasks. You will play a vital role in executing HR processes efficiently and maintaining accurate records. Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Roles &amp; Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and other HR documents.</li>
<li>Assist HR Manager to shop office use items such as stationery, snacks and beverages.</li>
<li>Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and claims.</li>
<li>Assist in organizing training programs and workshops.</li>
<li>Help in tracking training attendance and evaluations.</li>
<li>Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.</li>
<li>Help in addressing employee queries and minor concerns.</li>
<li>Contribute to maintaining a positive work culture.</li>
<li>Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.</li>
<li>Help in preparing HR-related documents for audits.</li>
<li>Assist to verify the OT payment, weekend allowance and other&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in any ad-hoc task as instructed by HR Manager and the management team.</li>
</ul>
