Key performance indicators for these roles include client satisfaction, successful event execution, timely issue resolution, and accurate documentation. The effectiveness of the client servicing team contributes significantly to the overall success of the company's marketing and promotional efforts. Job Description: 1. Client Support:
<ul>
<li>Assisting clients with inquiries and requests. All inquiries and requests must beattended to within 24-48 hours from date/time of verbal/email requests/inquiries.</li>
<li>Providing product information and technical support.</li>
<li>Resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction. Issues that are beyond the executive’s discretionary authority must be escalated immediately to the HOD.</li>
<li>Coordinating with internal departments to address client needs.</li>
<li>Conducting regular follow-ups with clients. 2. Event Logistics and Execution:</li>
<li>Assisting in planning and executing events.</li>
<li>Coordinating logistics, including transportation and setup.</li>
<li>Ensuring seamless on-site event management.</li>
<li>Collaborating with vendors for event supplies.</li>
<li>Providing on-site support during events. 3. Documentation and Record-Keeping:</li>
<li>Maintaining accurate records of client interactions.</li>
<li>Documenting event details, including budgets and outcomes.</li>
<li>Updating client profiles and preferences.</li>
<li>Creating and updating event planning documents.</li>
<li>Compiling feedback and insights for future reference. </li>
