<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3>
<ol>
<li>Manage and execute daily human resources operations including recruitment, payroll, attendance records, leave administration, and employee discipline. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate and monitor payroll processing, including overtime (OT), allowances, and statutory deductions. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and current regulatory requirements. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Handle employee relations matters and act as a liaison between management and employees. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare and submit periodic HR reports to management. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain proper, accurate, and confidential employee records and documentation. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Support employee development initiatives, training programs, and performance appraisal processes. &nbsp;</li>
</ol>
<h3>Foreign Worker Management:</h3>
<ol>
<li>Manage end-to-end processes for foreign workers including quota application, recruitment, and onboarding. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Handle renewal of work permits (PLKS), visas, and passports for foreign workers. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Liaise with relevant authorities such as the Immigration Department, Labour Department, and foreign worker agencies. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure full compliance with government regulations and guidelines related to foreign workers. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor the validity of foreign worker documents and ensure timely renewal to avoid non-compliance. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage foreign workers’ welfare including accommodation, medical check-ups (FOMEMA), insurance, and disciplinary matters. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Handle issues related to foreign workers such as misconduct, termination, abscondment, and repatriation. &nbsp;</li>
