Job Description

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities from screening, shortlisting, selection, scheduling virtual / in-person interviews, to offering, preparation and administering the signing of contracts. 
  • Preparation of HR & Administration department correspondences that include memos, appointment letters, confirmation/extension letters, transfers, promotions, acceptance of resignation, termination and any other correspondences. 
  • Assisting in on-boarding and induction activities & off-boarding processes. 
  • Manage HR operation such as preparing and maintaining of personal files and records, tracking of service confirmation, contract expiry, etc.  
  • Maintain and update staff leave information e.g. annual leave / sick leave / maternity leave / examination leave / etc in the leave system and email to respective Department Heads. 
  • Assist in other HR functions such as training, performance appraisal, policy review, etc. 
  • Ensure HR Policies and SOPs are communicated and executed effectively. 
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. new / resigned, leave of absence/ balance, overtime, etc) 
  • Maintain office supplies and maintaining proper stock level. 
  • Fill in reception area as and when required. 
  • Support the HR Manager’s daily task and any other ad-hoc tasks assigned. 

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must process at least a Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or equivalent. 
  • At least 3 years of working experience in related field 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact and professionalism 
  • Good analytical skills, attention to details and multi-tasking abilities. 
  • Well-versed in Malaysia Employment Act 1955 and Labour Act will be an added advantage. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Applications (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point) 
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimum supervision and deliver results
