<li>Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities from screening, shortlisting, selection, scheduling virtual / in-person interviews, to offering, preparation and administering the signing of contracts. </li>
<li>Preparation of HR &amp; Administration department correspondences that include memos, appointment letters, confirmation/extension letters, transfers, promotions, acceptance of resignation, termination and any other correspondences. </li>
<li>Assisting in on-boarding and induction activities &amp; off-boarding processes. </li>
<li>Manage HR operation such as preparing and maintaining of personal files and records, tracking of service confirmation, contract expiry, etc.  </li>
<li>Maintain and update staff leave information e.g. annual leave / sick leave / maternity leave / examination leave / etc in the leave system and email to respective Department Heads. </li>
<li>Assist in other HR functions such as training, performance appraisal, policy review, etc. </li>
<li>Ensure HR Policies and SOPs are communicated and executed effectively. </li>
<li>Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. new / resigned, leave of absence/ balance, overtime, etc) </li>
<li>Maintain office supplies and maintaining proper stock level. </li>
<li>Fill in reception area as and when required. </li>
<li>Support the HR Manager’s daily task and any other ad-hoc tasks assigned. </li>
