We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR cum Admin Executive to support the day-to-day human resources and administrative functions of the company. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in handling employee-related services, recruitment, documentation, and general office administration.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Handle the end-to-end recruitment process: Job posting, screening, interviewing coordination.</li>
<li>Maintain employee records and HR databases</li>
<li>Assist in payroll processing and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and HRDF)</li>
<li>Manage onboarding and offboarding processes</li>
<li>Arrange company trainings, events, and internal meetings.</li>
<li>Manage office administration, office supplies, facilities, and basic IT coordination.</li>
<li>Processing of staff claims.</li>
<li>Handle purchasing processes, supplier evaluation, invoices, and payments.</li>
<li>Support employee engagement and welfare activities</li>
<li>Handle disciplinary issues and staff grievances with proper documentation</li>
<li>Assist in performance appraisal tracking</li>
<li>Track and monitor all leave application and maintain attendance record.</li>
<li>Update and maintain HR-related documents, such as employee handbooks, policies, forms and other relevant records.</li>
<li>Ensure HR policies comply with labour laws</li>
<li>To undertake any other ad-hoc assignment or duties assigned.</li>
