Employee Value Proposition &amp; Total Rewards • Support the development and execution of a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and robust Compensation &amp; Benefits (C&amp;B) frameworks. • Align benefits and recognition programs with internal standards and compliance requirements, while providing regular reporting and analytics support. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Legal, Global Mobility, Brokers) to manage employee rewards such as share options, insurance renewals, and medical claims. 2. Compensation &amp; Benefits Operations • Manage day-to-day operations of C&amp;B programs, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. • Promote regional standardization of C&amp;B processes while allowing for local customization to meet country-specific needs.&nbsp;3. Data Quality &amp; Reporting • Identify and resolve data quality issues, implement controls, and collaborate across teams to enhance data integrity. • Provide regular HR and analytical reporting to support decision-making and compliance.&nbsp;4. Policy &amp; Governance • Support the development and implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and process guides. • Maintain and govern HR content on internal platforms (e.g., intranet), including templates and best practices. • Maintain an up-to-date HR Knowledge Database as a central repository for policies, SOPs, templates, and tools to ensure operational consistency.&nbsp;5.
