In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with key clients. You will manage the services sales of our comprehensive range of secure power solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and business success. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of secure power systems.&nbsp;&nbsp;What will you do?<ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>To meet or exceed service Sales and Gross Margins targets.</li><li>Drive solutions and digital services sales.</li><li>Lead, manage and develop sales team.</li><li>Develop and implement a robust and thorough sales process from lead generation to post sales.</li><li>Communicate, measure and drive service sales strategy, working in close collaboration with Marketing and other stakeholders.</li><li>Drive service order and sales reviews and forecasts and achieve accuracy targets.</li><li>Execute and participate in service sales tenders.</li><li>Drive and implement training programs to develop salesforce sales competencies.</li><li>Execute training programs for service salesforce.</li><li>Timely and accurate response to customers RFQ.</li><li>Develop and manage customer’s relationship at all levels.</li><li>Manage and lead the team to achieve business objectives. </li></ul>&nbsp; &nbsp;What qualifications will make you successful?<ul><li style="text-align: justify;">Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent</li><li style="text-align: justify;">At least 10 years’ sales experience, experience in Service Sales in UPS and Data Centre space will be preferred.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Good technical skills and knowledge in Critical Power and Cooling equipment, mainly in Data Centre space.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Experience in Digital Services and Managed Services will be a plus.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Previous experience in Services and Recurring maintenance contract will be a key differentiator.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Demonstrates excellence in communication at senior levels with key customers and partners, and maintain a high profile with the business community to establish SE’s credentials as a reputable business partner.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Must be comfortable in presenting and liaising with partners and customers at multiple levels.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Must be comfortable in developing relationships with senior business executives and management of major corporations and accounts.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Demonstrates flexibility in operational style to meet the requirements of a multi-culture position.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Ability to meet deadlines.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Ability to lift performance and meet targets/quotas when required.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Ability and methodology to develop, mentor and motivate a sales team.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Excellent business ethics and integrity.</li></ul>&nbsp;What’s in it for me? <ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Global Family Leave</li><li>Comprehensive medical coverage for employee and dependents</li><li>Worldwide Employee Stock Ownership</li><li>…and more!</li></ul>&nbsp;Let us learn about you!
