<li>Organize and maintain employee records in a single, structured digital folder for easy reference.</li>
<li>Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality at all times.</li>
</ul>
2. HRDC (Human Resource Development Corporation) Support
<ul>
<li>Assist in preparing, inputting, and updating information for HRDC training grant claims.</li>
<li>Help manage documentation and reporting required under the Industrial Training Scheme (ITS).</li>
<li>Work closely with HR team members to ensure timely and accurate submissions to HRDC.</li>
</ul>
3. Recruitment Support
<ul>
<li>Assist in gathering and organizing candidate documentation once shortlisted.</li>
<li>Maintain an orderly filing system for recruitment-related documents within the HR shared folders.</li>
<li>Provide general support in job postings, candidate tracking, and coordination where needed.</li>
</ul>
4. Administrative Assistance
<ul>
<li>Provide general administrative support to the HR team on ongoing projects and employee data-related tasks.</li>
<li>Assist in ad hoc HR initiatives as assigned.</li>
</ul>
