During your internship, you will :

<li>Calculate overtime pay for employees and ensure accurate inclusion in payroll</li>
<li>Support the documentation preparation for monthly payroll processing</li>
<li>Assist in handling employee claims, reimbursements, and allowances</li>
<li>Maintain proper payroll documentation and filing</li>
<li>Respond to basic employee payroll-related queries</li>
<li>Maintain and update employee personal files and records</li>
<li>Assist in issuing HR letters (e.g., employment, confirmation, transfer)</li>
<li>Monitor and track employee attendance and leave</li>
<li>Update and track employee leave balances</li>
<li>Assist in checking monthly invoices and processing payments</li>
<li>Support the administration of HR systems</li>
<li>Ensure proper documentation and compliance with HR policies and procedures</li>
<li>Coordinate with other departments on HR-related administrative matters</li>
<li>Any other project assignments assigned by the Company</li>
