Job Description
As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to real-world HR operations and support the daily functions of the Human Resources team. This role is ideal for students looking to build a strong foundation in HR practices within a dynamic corporate environment.
What You’ll Learn & Do
- Assist in payroll processing and overtime calculations
- Support employee claims, allowances, and reimbursements
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in attendance tracking and leave administration
- Prepare HR letters, documents, and internal communications
- Support HR systems, reporting, and ongoing projects
- Assist in general HR administrative tasks as assigned

- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong interest in Human Resources and administrative functions
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willing to learn, proactive, and a team player
