Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources (Organizational Development)
<ul>
<li>Assist in planning, coordinating, and documenting OD initiatives such as performance management and training programs.</li>
<li>Support data collection, analysis, and preparation of OD reports (dashboards, trackers, and presentations).</li>
<li>Assist in coordinating meetings, workshops, and training sessions, including preparation of materials and follow-ups.</li>
<li>Support the preparation of communication materials, presentations, and internal updates for OD initiatives.</li>
<li>Maintain OD-related databases, trackers, and documentation.</li>
</ul>

Human Resources (Talent Acquisitions)
<ul>
<li>Assist in sourcing and screening candidates.</li>
<li>Post job advertisements on job portals and social media.</li>
<li>Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documents.</li>
<li>Support employer branding and recruitment activities.</li>
<li>Prepare basic recruitment reports and status updates.</li>
<li>Assist in Administrative Task.</li>
</ul>
