Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources (Organizational Development)

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and documenting OD initiatives such as performance management and training programs.
• Support data collection, analysis, and preparation of OD reports (dashboards, trackers, and presentations).
• Assist in coordinating meetings, workshops, and training sessions, including preparation of materials and follow-ups.
• Support the preparation of communication materials, presentations, and internal updates for OD initiatives.
• Maintain OD-related databases, trackers, and documentation.

Human Resources (Talent Acquisitions)

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates.
• Post job advertisements on job portals and social media.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documents.
• Support employer branding and recruitment activities.
• Prepare basic recruitment reports and status updates.
• Assist in Administrative Task.

Job Requirements

 Requirements:

• Currently pursuing diploma & degree in Human Resource or a related field.
• Willing to working in Kelana Jaya (Besides LRT Glenmarie Station).
• Able to provide internship supporting letter from University/College.
• Positive attitude, willing to learn, good team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point.
• Minimum 3 months internship period.
• Malaysian preferred.
