1. Operating as the lead point of contact for any matters specific to the Pantry Staple program.
2. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
3. Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
4. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
5. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
6. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
7. Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
8. Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
9. Prepare reports on account status.
10. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
11. Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee.

Job Requirements

 Requirements

1. At least 1 year of working experience in FMCG / Corporate / B2B industry.
2. Someone with a strong record of success within corporate / key account management, ideally within the food / snacks industry.
3. Possess good market sentiments and business acumen.
4. Possesses own car and willing to travel within Klang Valley.
5. Malaysian only.

Salary Range + Commission : RM2,500.00 - RM 3,500.00
