<p>The successful candidate supports the spare requirements of maintenance checks and rectifications for SIA and SIA subsidiary airline’s aircraft that take place in Subang Airport, Malaysia.</p>

<p><strong><ins>Key Responsibilities</ins></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support Daily Material Management Department (MMD) ops meeting with various MMD sections such as purchasing, repair, etc</li>
<li>Identify critical spares that will result in work stoppage/AOG and to work with relevant sections in MMD to support the spare requirement from Base Maintenance</li>
<li>Supporting Hangar check input and progress meetings</li>
<li>Track and review all spares requirements from all sources (eg: Modification Action Form (MAF), Engineering Notes (EN), Airworthiness Directive Special Inspection (ADSI/SI), Carry Forwards (CFWD), Preload Bill of Material (BOMs), Pre-Service Mod (PSM), Hard/Soft-life, etc), reviewing past trends and future demands, to ensure timely availability of spares</li>
<li>To inform purchasing team to cancel Purchasing Orders (PO) for requirements that are cancelled</li>
<li>Review frequent robbed spares from aircraft in hangars. Monitoring of frequent robbed items</li>
<li>To support spare requirements for outhouse aircraft checks by raising and tracking ITDs&nbsp;</li>
<li>To account for all spares sent outhouse and provide post check tally report to ensure all components/Rotables are accounted for</li>
<li>To alert purchasing, repair and warranty in case of aircraft or component damage claim with Aircraft Ground Incident Report (AGIR), lost report, etc</li>
<li>Support Post Check material consumption and shortage review to plan for future demands and suggest amendments to BOM lists</li>
<li>Consolidate and present the analysis of scheduled spare shortfall</li>
<li>Consolidate and analyse historical check adhoc and unplanned spare consumption data</li>
</ul>
