<p>&nbsp;To support the organization’s growth by managing talent acquisition, strengthening HR operational practices at the on-ground level, leading employee engagement initiatives, and supporting Compensation &amp; Benefits (C&amp;B) and performance management processes. This role places strong emphasis on building close relationships with frontline and on-ground employees, managing employee welfare—including hostel accommodations—and ensuring effective HR presence across operational sites. Additionally, the role involves preparing HR data reports and analytics to support strategic business decision-making.</p>
<h4><strong>1. Talent Acquisition:</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Lead end-to-end recruitment for frontline and support roles, ensuring a strong and diverse talent pipeline.</li>
<li>Partner with department heads and multiple client companies to understand their hiring needs, organizational culture and workforce plans to develop effective hiring strategies.</li>
<li>Build pipelines through sourcing channels including job portals, social media, job fairs, and campus hiring.</li>
<li>Manage sourcing channels, interview scheduling, selection, offers, and onboarding programs.</li>
<li>Support employer branding initiatives through social media campaigns, career fairs and university outreach.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Analyze hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, sourcing effectiveness) and recommend improvements.</li>
<li>Ensure effective onboarding, induction, and early engagement for new hires.</li>
<li>Maintain data integrity and system optimization to support scalable recruitment.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>2. HR Operations (On-ground focused):</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Serve as the HR touchpoint for on ground employees, fostering strong on-ground relationships.</li>
<li>Conduct regular outlet visits and check-ins to maintain employee morale and gather feedback.</li>
<li>Oversee hostel accommodation management, ensuring proper occupancy, living standards, and grievance resolution.</li>
<li>Support grievance management, policy communication, and workplace issue resolution at on-ground level.</li>
<li>Implement HR policies effectively at on-ground level and ensure adherence to code of conduct.</li>
<li>Coordinate and improve HR operational processes across all brands.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>3. Employee Engagement:</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Plan and execute employee engagement programs targeted at retail teams and support functions.</li>
<li>Organize festive celebrations, recognition programs, team-building events, and townhalls.</li>
<li>Conduct engagement surveys and present insights to management with actionable recommendations.</li>
<li>Promote a culture of inclusivity, motivation, and employee involvement across all levels.4.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>4. Performance Management:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate with the Compensation &amp; Benefits team for the annual and mid-year and quarterly performance appraisal cycles for all levels.</li>
<li>Assist in employee goal setting, appraisal documentation, and tracking development plans.</li>
<li>Support in succession planning and talent reviews.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>5. HR Analytics &amp; Reporting:</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Prepare monthly HR dashboards and reports (e.g., headcount, attrition, manpower movement, recruitment KPIs).</li>
<li>Provide data analysis to support strategic HR decisions and workforce planning.</li>
<li>Analyze trends in absenteeism, retention, and engagement, and develop improvement action plans.</li>
<li>Use HRIS or Excel tools for data tracking, visualization, and reporting.</li>
<li>Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.</li>
</ul>
