Job Description
- To successfully direct and oversee Smart Reader Kids® Child Enrichment Centers
- To teach children between the ages of 3 and 12
- To carry out any additional responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirements
- Relevant qualifications and experience in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Effective management capabilities
- Fluency in English/Bahasa Malaysia (both written and verbal)
- Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus (specifically for the Mandarin programmes)
- Goal-oriented with exceptional public relations skills
- Team player and capable leader
- Working hours: 5 ½ days per week
- Proactive, creative, and enjoys engaging with children
- Immediate availability is an advantage
- Locations include Taman Sri Sinar (KL), Bukit Sri Bintang, Kepong (KL), Taman Pelangi Indah (Johor), Taman Universiti (Johor), Golf Garden (Kota Kinabalu, Sabah), and Jalan Rubber West (Kuching, Sarawak)
