Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Online Sales Manager to oversee and expand our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies, managing digital sales platforms, and leading a team to achieve revenue targets. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, leadership, and a strong understanding of e-commerce trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow online sales across multiple channels 
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the online sales platforms, ensuring product listings are optimized for visibility and conversion.
  • Work closely with logistics and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new online sales opportunities and trends to stay competitive in the market.
  • Manage and mentor a team of online sales executives or specialists.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust pricing, marketing, and sales strategies accordingly.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in online sales, e-commerce management, or digital marketing (experience across both B2C and B2B channels is advantageous)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a digital environment
  • Strong understanding of online sales platforms, digital sales funnels, and conversion optimization
  • Proficiency with digital analytics tools
  • Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms
  • Familiarity with online advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign)
  • Experience managing online marketplace listings 
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights using tools like Excel, Looker Studio, or Power BI
  • Understanding of customer experience (CX), shopping behavior, and digital UX/UI principles
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment or startup culture is a plus
  • Capable of leading or mentoring a team, including online sales executives or coordinators
