<li>Provide comprehensive support to the Accounting &amp; Administration Department. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare daily payment remittance reports, payment vouchers, and handle online banking transactions. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain and update daily cash books for OCBC, CIMB, and AmBank accounts. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform daily reconciliation of payment gateways (e.g., Touch ‘n Go, VISA, MasterCard). &nbsp;</li>
<li>Enter supplier invoices into the accounting system and ensure timely processing. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare and process vendor payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Issue and manage monthly invoices, especially for recurring rental collections. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Update accounting records, ledgers, and assist with budget tracking. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in audit processes by preparing required documentation and resolving discrepancies. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, document control, phone/email correspondence, etc. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as necessary. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Carry out any other duties related to accounts and administration as assigned by the management. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
