Our client is a Global Manufacturer. The role will be based at their country office in Petaling Jaya. Job Scopes as below.

Training Coordination &amp; Administration
<ul>
<li>Assist in coordinating training sessions, workshops, and learning activities</li>
<li>Manage training calendars, meeting invites, and training schedules</li>
<li>Support registration, attendance tracking, and training logistics</li>
<li>Prepare training materials, evaluation forms, and communication emails</li>
</ul>
E-Learning Support
<ul>
<li>Coordinate e-learning enrolments and completion tracking</li>
<li>Monitor learning progress and follow up with employees where necessary</li>
<li>Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration and updates</li>
<li>Assist in uploading learning content and maintaining training records</li>
</ul>
Data Management &amp; Reporting
<ul>
<li>Perform data entry and maintain accurate training databases</li>
<li>Compile training attendance and learning completion reports</li>
<li>Support simple analysis on training participation, feedback, and engagement metrics</li>
<li>Assist in preparing presentation slides and dashboards for reporting purposes</li>
</ul>
Employee Engagement &amp; Communications
<ul>
<li>Support employee engagement and internal learning campaigns</li>
<li>Assist in creating communication materials, posters, and social content for learning initiatives</li>
<li>Coordinate engagement activities, events, and awareness campaigns</li>
<li>Gather feedback from employees to support continuous improvement initiatives</li>
</ul>
