<h3>Creator Sourcing &amp; Vetting</h3>
● Proactively identify and evaluate creators across Australia and Singapore who align with STTOKE’s aesthetic, values and coffee or lifestyle positioning.
● Build and maintain a living creator database, tracking fit, engagement quality, audience demographics, and relationship stage.
● Stay attuned to emerging creators and community voices across Instagram and relevant platforms before they become mainstream. 
<h3>Outreach &amp; Relationship Management</h3>
● Own all creator outreach, from initial contact to long-term relationship nurturing.
● Develop warm, personalised communication that reflects STTOKE’s tone: calm and genuine.
● Maintain consistent touchpoints with creators between campaigns, treating these relationships as ongoing, and not one-off or overly transactional.
● Manage our growing creator community: onboarding, engagement, and keeping creators active and genuinely connected to the brand. 
<h3>Campaign Briefing &amp; Execution</h3>
● Translate campaign objectives into clear, brand-aligned creator briefs that give creators room to express authentically.
● Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and content review across multiple creators simultaneously.
● Collaborate closely with your manager to ensure creator content ladders up to campaign strategy.
● Manage embargo protocols and ensure brand-first posting timelines are respected without friction. 
<h3>Gifting &amp; Seeding Logistics</h3>
● Own the end-to-end gifting and seeding process – from product selection and personalisation, to shipping coordination and follow-up.
● Track seeding outcomes and organic post performance. 
<h3>Community Event Support</h3>
● Support the planning and execution of STTOKE’s community events across Singapore and Australia, particularly as they relate to creator attendance and content capture.
● Coordinate creator briefings, logistics, and on-ground communication ahead of events.
● Identify opportunities to deepen community through intimate creator-led moments. 
<h3>Reporting &amp; Performance Tracking</h3>
● Track and report on influencer campaign performance such as (but not limited to) reach, engagement, saves, story views, and qualitative resonance.
● Compile insights after each campaign or seeding round to inform future creator strategy.
● Work with your manager to review ROI, iterate on approach, and build smarter benchmarks over time.
