What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support the Team: Keep our customer database organized and up to date.
• Customer Communications: Help draft emails and reply to customer questions via chat.
• Onboarding Clients: Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring their details are correct.
• Build Relationships: Work with customers to understand their needs and guide them through our platform.
• Learn & Grow: Attend industry events (if any) and coordinate with the team on exciting campaigns.
• Problem Solving: Help resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Business Administration / Management / International Business or any relevant major(s).

• Meticulous attention to detail and is always conscientious with everything that you do.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and capacity to work in different cultural environments. 
• Strong project management and communications skills. 
• Able to write with clarity and comprehensively 
• Well-versed with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
