Job Description

  • Promote and sell training programs, workshops, and courses offered by company
     
  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through calls, emails, and networking
     
  • Conduct presentations, product demos, and consultations for corporate or individual clients
     
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
     
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and program enrollment
     
  • Collaborate with marketing and program teams to support campaigns and program launches
     
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports in CRM systems
     
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 1–3 years experience in sales, preferably in training, corporate programs, or education
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and follow up effectively
  • Proficient in chinese (Bith writting and speaking)
