Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, including:
     
  • Job posting and advertisement
     
  • Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
     
  • Scheduling and conducting interviews
     
  • Coordinating with hiring managers and department heads
     
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
     
  • Assist in offer preparation, negotiation, and onboarding processes
     
  • Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
     
  • Support employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement activities
     
  • Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for management review
     
  • Collaborate with HR team on policy implementation and recruitment strategies

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
     
  • Minimum 1–3 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
     
  • Familiar with full-cycle recruitment processes
     
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
     
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
     
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, job portals, and LinkedIn
     
  • Team player with a proactive attitude
