He/she is accountable for achieving individual and team sales target by managing the International Sales Pipeline. (Lead, Opportunity, Enrolment, VAL, Arrival &amp; Registration). That includes all Leads from all Channels. &nbsp; KEY RESULT AREAS / RESPONSIBILITIES &nbsp; Grow Enrolment 1. To manage the international student recruitment to recruitnstudent to Taylor's University &amp; Colleges. 2. He/She is accountable by managing the International Sales Pipline, which includes all leads and channels. 3. To Manage International Agents including recruiting, training, supporting and agent development. 4. To plan the recruitment strategies for the region/ countries assigned by the regional director. 5. To meet the international recruitment target which set by the management 6. To participate in overseas school visits, exhibitions and admission sessions. 7. To assist other region if needed 8. To process the international student application for admission and visa application &nbsp; Wow Student Experience 1.Ensure that excellent customer service is provided at all times to new prospective students and parents through all channels. 2. Ensure timely responses to all enrolment-related requests by prospective students and parents. &nbsp; Cost Leadership Perform outbound and inbound sales engagement while improving individual pipeline conversion, efficiency and productivity. &nbsp; High Performance Organization Ensure that all prospective students’ information are accurately maintained and updated in Taylor’s CRM system. &nbsp; * The role may be required to undertake other projects / evolve according to function’s needs or organization’s direction upon the discretion of the Manager" &nbsp; JOB SPECIFICATIONS Minimum Qualifications • Degree in Business Management / Marketing / International Business / Social Science / Psychology or other management-related discipline. &nbsp; Related Experience • One to 5 years in counseling role. Sales experience in the education environment is preferred. • Fresh Graduate is also encouraged to apply &nbsp; Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities). &nbsp; Profession-Related Foundational Competencies • Strong Selling and Counseling capabilities.&nbsp;• Strong Customer Service experience. • Familiar with Sales Tools, Processes and Technologies. • Familiar with Higher Education products customer profiling and competitor profiling. • Knowledge on market insights and research. • Proficient in English or Mandarin. • Knowledge and skills in using computer software. E.g.Microsoft software applications . 1.
