As the Corporate Projects Intern, you will play a key role in shaping the renovation experience for homeowners while gaining hands-on exposure to on-site operations. We welcome candidates from all races, religions, genders, sexual orientations, and ages to join us!

What You’ll Do:

<li>Oversee and manage our client accounts.</li>
<li>Provide quality service to our clients by resolving requests and giving prompt updates to ensure a smooth customer experience.</li>
<li>Understand the interior renovation process, property investment, and how different teams collaborate to deliver a project.</li>
<li>Be involved in unit inspections and handovers of completed units to homeowners.</li>
<li>Support the Client Relations team in logging and tracking owner queries, key collections, defect reports, and renovation updates.</li>
<li>Oversee renovation timelines to support timely preparation of key documents, such as permit applications, defect reports, or handover papers.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain filing systems, key storage, and documentation related to project operations.</li>
<li>Assist with additional ad-hoc tasks as required.</li>
</ul>
