&nbsp;HR Support (Core Responsibility)

<li>Organize and maintain employee personnel files, HR records, and related documentation. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees (including letters, checklists, and records). &nbsp;</li>
<li>Support basic recruitment tasks (job postings, resume evaluations, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up). &nbsp;</li>
<li>Help monitor attendance, track leaves, and generate basic HR reports. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Draft HR letters, memos, announcements, and internal HR documentation. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide general assistance for daily HR operations and employee inquiries. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Administrative Tasks (Supporting Responsibility)
<ul>
<li>Oversee office administration and basic administrative reporting. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage office and project-related documents, ensuring proper filing, indexing, and version control. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure that documents are organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Support the tracking of documents and record-keeping in line with company policies.</li>
</ul>

Coordination &amp; Communication
<ul>
<li>Act as a liaison among employees, site teams, and management regarding HR and administrative issues. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate with site teams and personnel based in China when necessary. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus for facilitating coordination. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
