Job Responsibilities&nbsp;
Able to handle customers through email and also live chat
Able to type and write in multi-language (Such as English and Mandarin preferred) 
Good communication skills and a fast typing speed
Need to follow up with customers from time to time to achieve overall satisfactory
Respond to customer inquiries promptly
Solve problems encountered daily by communicating with customers
Strong communication and coordination skills, able to handle the urgent cases

工作职责： 
1. 只需要通过网络聊天工具与客户进行沟通 
2.会中英文打字聊天沟通，打字速度快 
3.负责客户的订单跟进和处理 
4.及时对客户咨询的回复，处理好售后工作 
5.整理与客户日常沟通遇到的问题进行分类统计 
6.沟通表达协调能力强，能完成临时安排工作 
能力要求&nbsp;
·         需要适应晚班
·         优先能以中文沟通人选，需服务中文客户
·         有客户服务意识 
·         有客户服务经验 
·         必须至少拥有本科学士学位或以上学历或同等学历 
·         工作细心认真
·         工作踏实稳重 
·         熟练练运用办公软件Excel, Microsoft Office Suite和Google Docs
