Customer Service Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Responsibilities 

Able to handle customers through email and also live chat

Able to type and write in multi-language (Such as English and Mandarin preferred) 

Good communication skills and a fast typing speed

Need to follow up with customers from time to time to achieve overall satisfactory

Respond to customer inquiries promptly

Solve problems encountered daily by communicating with customers

Strong communication and coordination skills, able to handle the urgent cases

2.会中英文打字聊天沟通,打字速度快 

3.负责客户的订单跟进和处理 

4.及时对客户咨询的回复,处理好售后工作 

5.整理与客户日常沟通遇到的问题进行分类统计 

6.沟通表达协调能力强,能完成临时安排工作

Job Requirements

Requirements 

Able to commit to night shifts

Proficiency in Mandarin & English preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients

Looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers

Have basic sense of customer service

Must have at least a bachelor's degree or above or equivalent

Proficiency in the use of office software Excel, Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
